WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO

 

 

Army of the Lord is a Christian Riding Group following the teachings of Jesus Christ, and abiding by the Word of God as written in the bible.  We are a group of believers in the Lordship of Jesus Christ.  Our supreme desire is to know Christ and be conformed into His image by the power of the Holy Spirit.

 

Army of the Lord is not a church or denominational group, with members attending a variety of Christian bible-based churches of their choice.  We are not opposed to denominations as such, only to over-emphasis of the doctrinal differences that could lead to the division of the Body of Christ.  We are saved by the grace given us through crucifixion of our Lord Jesus Christ and will share the news of this grace and His love with others, according to His will.

 

We believe that the only true basis of Christian fellowship is His (agape) love, which is greater than any differences we possess and without which we have no right to claim ourselves as Christians.  We believe also, that the bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God and that Jesus Christ is God's eternal Son.  We also believe in eternal hell for the unsaved, making it our mission to bring Christ's love to the lost.
